BASIC
INFORMATION: The
following requirements and information apply to all guests at The Haven:
- At least one of the guests must
be 21 or older and allow copying of photographic proof of identity and age upon
check-in.
- Because of easy access to the
pool, children under age 10 can NOT be accommodated at this time.
- The heated pool is open from
April 15 through October 15. No lifeguard is on duty. Guests
use the pool at their own risk. Absolutely No Diving. No
rough-housing or glass containers are allowed. Guests may access
the pool between the hours of 8:00AM and 10:00OPM. Children must
be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- All guests agree to our "NO
SMOKING" policy inside the accommodations. If cigarette, pipe, or
cigar
smoke is detected, guests will forfeit their security deposit to have
the accommodations professionally cleaned.
- We insist on a drug-free
environment. If illegal drugs are seen, smelled
or otherwise suspected, the St. Clair County Drug Task Force will
immediately be called and the property owners will authorize them to
conduct a search of the entire premises.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Out of courtesy to our
neighbors we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of
10:00PM to 8:00AM.
- Rowdy, excessively loud, or
inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The owners have sole
discretion in determining what behavior is inappropriate. Should
such behavior take place, guests will
be warned. If such behavior continues, guests will be asked to leave
immediately and guests will forfeit any moneys paid, including security
deposit. In some circumstances, police may be called.
- Maid service is not provided
except that sheets will be changed once in the middle of the week for week-long guests. Guests can obtain clean towels upon request when they turn in
used towels.
- Guests agree that their credit
cards will be charged for items missing or destroyed during their stay.
